You may remember Bianca from her earlier OpLove shoot. I was excited when she messaged me on Facebook and let me know that her Marine, Matt, would be home soon! Due to circumstances, we weren't able to photograph his actual, traditional homecoming, but we sort of created our own and did some fun portraits at the Winter Park train station. These two are truly fun to hang out with and I had a blast doing their shoot - and I know Bianca's excited to be the first picture post on the brand new blog! :)
Another session from the "to blog" folder! The D family and I had a great time shooting at Wekiwa Springs State Park! The kids had a lot of energy (which kept me on my toes!) yet they were so well behaved! Aren't they a gorgeous family?
I'm sloooooly getting caught up on my "to blog" folder. This was actually a session that I couldn't blog until just recently because it was a surprise! Bianca's boyfriend, Matt, is deployed and before the holidays we did an OpLove session for him. He only recently received the photos as an anniversary gift, so now I can share the shots! Matt's coming home soon, so keep an eye out for shots from his homecoming session!
I had entirely too much fun photographing the D family recently! Dad Jeremy is in the army and will be deploying next month, so when mom Rachel called me to schedule an OpLove session I was only too happy to oblige! If you're not familiar with OpLove, it's a great non-profit organization that provides free photo sessions to military families who have a member deploying.
Sweet light and so cute - one of my favorites!
Little Ms. M
Mr. M was a bundle of energy!
We did the session at the beautiful Blue Spring State Park. I'd never been there before and can't wait to go back in the winter and see the manatees!
Thanks so much for a fun session you guys and Jeremy, thanks so much for all that you do for our country!
